Statuses
Trio Refinement
Ensure that you understand the ticket and requirements. If you need to discuss the ticket with the Product and Design team, you need to schedule the ticket discussion by adding the ticket to the Refinement page in Notion. Copy the Linear link to the ticket and add it to the next available day, ideally at least one day before the meeting.
To Do
Use this status when: The ticket has passed Trio Refinement.
The ticket is ready to be started. If you have questions before starting work, move back to the "Trio Refinement" step and follow the steps.
In Progress
Use this status when: Work has been started.
Use this step after you've started work on the ticket.
In Code Review
Use this status when: Development work has been completed.
Dev work has been completed and is ready to be reviewed. Follow the PR template.
Ready for Demo
Use this status when: The PR has passed Code Review and been approved by at least one (1) reviewer.
Ready for Product Build
Use this status when: The ticket has been demoed in a Trio Refinement meeting.
Ready to be Merged
Use this status when: The QA team will move the ticket to this step when it has passed QA.
Ready for Staging
Use this status when: The PR has been merged into develop. Note, this will happen automatically by Linear when the associated PR has been merged.
